ANGEL
FROM
PATRICE, S.A.V.E.
S.A.V.E. rescued the kitten from a woman who hadn't fed it for two
weeks! It was starving, but now our volunteer Renee's mom (who also adopted
Farley the dog from S.A.V.E.) adopted it and Renee says the kitten is doing
great!
FROM RENEE,
ANGEL'S ANGEL
Here is a
picture of the cat that I picked up from Rose this weekend. My mom adopted her
on Sunday. Rose was calling her Angel and my mom isn't sure if she wants to
change the name yet. She is so sweet. She seemed to really enjoy the company
she was getting in my sister's room on Sunday. We started the cat out in her
room so that she can adjust quietly. My sister is usually on the computer all
day in her room and Angel would sleep for awhile and then just come and sit by
her desk and rub against her legs. She is so skinny! I can feel her spine bones
and her hips and shoulders are really sunken and sticking out. She was eating
dry food really well by the time I left my mom's and I heard reports from them
that she ate up her wet food really well last night and this morning. I know
Rose was trying her best to fatten her up and I'm hoping my mom will be able to
get some weight on her really soon.
Thanks so much, Renee
