COBY

FROM COBY'S NEW FAMILY

Patrice, Hello!
I have attached a picture of Coby (formerly Espresso). It was taken about 2 weeks ago and believe me he's much bigger already. He's about 30 lbs. Now and he is doing great. He and Angel are inseprable. His vet check ups have been great. No problems to date except that he is petrified of getting shots. We just got a digital camera so as soon as we get the pictures loaded will send more of the both of them.

Please tell Sharon Hi and please forward the picture to her.

Thanks...

John, Lisa, Angel & Coby

Patrice, Hello!

How are you??? I thought we would send you an update on Coby. Well he's about 4 1/2 months now and he is currently 41 lbs. Yep we're going to have a big one considering Angel is 3 years old and weighs 50 lbs. He has adjusted great. We're still training. Potty training is touch and go he has his good days and bad days. (more good though) He and Angel are best buddies.. She has taken to him wonderfully. As a matter of fact she has taken on the motherly role with him. For a dog that would never share he can go right up to her and take whatever he wants right from her mouth. If he is doing something wrong she makes sure he knows. Don't get me wrong they wrestle like there's no tomorrow but I have yet to have any problems. All just playing.

Medically he is great. As a matter of fact in July he will be neutered and at that time the vet will insert is pet trac id . We would have done it sooner but for a big guy he can't handle the littlest needles so the vet suggested while he is under would be best.

Please let Sharon now we are all a great big family. As soon as I can get my scanner to work I will send you pictures.

Bye bye!!!

This was one of the puppies (along with his sister Mocha and their mother Latte) who were rescued from a yard that was about to be bulldozed and where they were buried under all the rubble and debris. Everyone was adopted, and it is so nice to hear from Lisa and know how Coby (formerly Espresso) is doing. [Here is] his baby picture. He has sure grown up into a handsome guy!
